After changes in the partnership as well as a void at their Executive Director position for months, our client hired LMS to come aboard to analyze their administrative functions as a whole. We began by working with the Controller to create more useful and easily understood monthly and weekly financial reports in addition to creating the Firm’s first true Operating Budget. Once the financial section was complete, we were then directed to work with the Firm on the Personnel analysis- both of positions and specific personnel.
